What does self-discovery mean to you?
Can you describe your relationship to your sexuality?
I must say I was very uncomfortable with it growing up. Part of it is due to the fact that I encountered molesters as an adolescent. But now I am able to celebrate it and found a healthy relationship with my sexuality.

How do you give yourself pleasure?
Listen to me and allow me to be me without any judgment!

How do you ask for what you want?
Over the years I learned that clearly knowing what you want is the key to getting what you want. So I give myself space and time to know what I want before asking for it from others.
Also, of course, creating a safe space with a partner is extremely important.
To sum up, I communicate with myself along with my partner freely and clearly to get what I want.

You are the only one who can be you. I am the only one who can be me.
What advice would you have for women early in their self-discovery?
When you are young, it is so hard to feel okay being yourself, feeling like everything is wrong with you because you believe you need to fit into the boxes that society has shown you.
Everyone is DIFFERENT and that is OKAY.
In terms of pleasure, what do you think women don’t talk about enough?
More than talking, I believe not only women but people, in general, do not ASK enough. Asking more of the WHY for yourself and others shows great care and that is needed more in this recent society.
