How do you introduce yourself?
What does self-discovery mean to you?
"I've always viewed self-discovery as an act of being open, observant, and reflective. To me, it's all about awakening and holistically connecting with one's senses on multiple levels: physically, mentally, energetically, and spiritually. I believe everything is intertwined, so engaging with one's senses is a way to appreciate the present world and tune oneself to deep, authentic experiences."
What advice would you have for women early in their self-discovery?
"Trust your gut & intuition; not just your rational mind. There will always be external pressures attempting to dictate what's good for you, but only you, your whole self, knows what's best. So take the time to value and trust your inner spirit and power."
