Self-discovery is the most fun, constant journey for me. It starts with gazing at yourself in the mirror as a young girl and later in life it’s reflecting in all kinds of ways. Considering behavioral and emotional patterns, your reasons for doing things, ways that you react and respond to outside influence, and then making choices about the energy that you want to put forth. It’s self-analysis and for me, being open to and trying new things, seeking balance, investigating feelings. Self-discovery is looking backwards and forwards from a place of love and with optimism, being present in the now; it’s honesty, forgiveness and tenderness.
