On Yourself
What does self-discovery mean to you?

Looking, listening, feeling..If we are open, and sensitive to the world and others, it returns to how we feel ourselves.

Can you describe your relationship to your sexuality?

Warm and fluid, alive and evolving, and perfectly messy.

On Sexuality
How do you give yourself pleasure?

Whether physically or psychologically, I get pleasure from learning, indulging in the new and unexplored, keeping my eyes and heart ever open.

How do you ask for what you want?
With trust.

On Womankind

What’s your favorite part about being a woman?

Being dynamic, and attuned.

What advice would you have for women early in their discovery?

The things you will admire about your younger self will be how amazing and beautiful you look! But also the things you believed in, your convictions and aspirations. My advice is try to imagine now, what those things already are, and honor them as you grow older. And believe in that youthful beauty and take confidence in this- flaunt it, feel it, and love with it. I think this is the same truth at any age.

In terms of pleasure, what do you think women don’t talk about enough?

One another's sex lives, the intimacies, the embarrassments, the vulnerabilities.. As I’m expecting, I am looking forward to reading Christine Cliffords Baby Love, which details her maternal sexuality post giving birth. These are the things women need to talk about!
