To me, self discovery is simply living life and learning from its moments, good and bad. Taking note of how you react to these moments can teach you a lot about your inner self.

What does self-discovery mean to you?
Can you describe your relationship to sexuality?
I would say self confidence has a big impact on how I am feeling on the scale of sexuality. Some days if I'm feeling and looking my best, I’ll probably be putting a heightened energy out there into the world. On days when I’m feeling lazy and more inward looking I keep that energy to myself.
On Sexuality
How do you give yourself pleasure?
Massage, as often as I can. Also spending quality girl time with my daughter, having dinners and coffees together, doing adult things with a toddler haha. I can’t wait till we can get massages together.
How do you ask for what you want?
I just ask for it. If it’s a favor I’m asking from someone else, I try and give something in return and make it an exchange.

What’s your favorite part of being a woman?
Connection to other women and understanding of each other.
What advice do you have for women early in their self discovery?
Find out what you like and don’t like, and you can only do that when you put yourself in different situations. I also have a sweet daughter who is almost 2, I think as she comes of age, I’ll teach her to value experiences over possessions.
