How do you give yourself pleasure?
I find pleasure in the random, little things. Slow mornings, impulse decisions, or leisurely neighborhood wanderings are simple things that give me joy.
I also find myself craving nature more and more often. Living in the city for most of my adult life, I seek every opportunity I can to be outside (especially since I started working from home). If I can escape for the weekend, I'll try my best to go out on a hike or do other outdoor adventures with friends. There's pleasure in its quietness and beauty.

My favorite part about being a woman is the sheer strength of our bodies. I've only started to appreciate this more as I've matured, and as friends have gone through pregnancy, but women's bodies can do crazy, powerful things.
