On Yourself
What does self-discovery mean to you?

To me, self discovery is being able to look within to see both my light and dark parts that make me, me. And to love both parts and be committed to live a heart-led, authentic life.

Can you describe your relationship to your sexuality?

I’ve always been a sexual person. I enjoy being open minded and curious about my sexuality. Especially, as I get older I’m not fearful of exploring areas that were taboo to me when I was younger. I’m still learning to be comfortable asking for what I want, it’s a process that is always unfolding.

What's my favorite part about being a woman?

To be honest, it’s difficult to pick one thing because there are so many wonderful aspects of womanhood. It’s amazing how multi-dimensional we are when we stand in our power.

We are natural creators, nurturers and problem solvers. When we learn to step fully into our power we can harness our divine feminine energy which is a beautiful balance of strength, sensuality and grace.

What advice would you have for women early in their self-discovery?

The advice of having is to love and accept all parts of who they are. To be kind and gentle to themselves. Also, to be open to discover new things and trust your intuition…it’s usually right.

I think women don’t talk enough about their fantasies and pleasuring themselves.
